Κατέβασα τον νέο "Firefox 1.5" και κυριολεκτικά είναι φωτιά. Είδα αρκετά μεγάλη διαφορά από τον προκάτοχό του. Τα site ανοίγουν πιο γρήγορα και σε online και offline mode και έχω την εντύπωση ότι το θέμα "κρεμάσματος" φτιάχτηκε και αυτό. Άντε και είς ανώτερα.

ΥΓ : το "εις" στα ελληνικά έτσι γράφεται ;

egw eixa dokimasei ton firefox prin ligo kairo kai  den mou arese...exw synithisei sto layout tou IE kai i taxitita sto na anoigei images ktl itan poly pio grigori ston IE para ston Firefox.....

M'aresei to downloading styl pou exei kai to pause pou mporeis na kaneis, kathws epishs m'aresoun kai ta addon pou mporeis na prostheseis (kairo, adblocker etc.)

Epishs exw tin amydra entyposi oti einai pio asfalhs kai me ligoteres trypes. Ase pou xereis oti den se parakolouthei h M$ se kathe sou klik.

Δηλαδή όταν βγεί ο IE7 θα αρχίσεις να τον χρησιμοποιείς;  :P

anyway, για εμένα κυρίως δεν είναι θέμα ταχύτητας αλλα ασφάλειας και διευκόλυνσης. Ta spyware δεν παιρνάνε απο τον Firefox και τα extensions μου δίνουν ότι δυνατότητα θέλω όπως ρύθμιση του winamp απο τον browser, καιρός, μπλοκάρισμα διαφημίσεων, σώσιμο ανοιχτών παραθύρων σε περίπτωση crash (Γαμάτο - sessionsaver), blog posting, download manager. Επίσης έχει μερικές ρυθμίσεις που ο explorer απλά δεν διαθέτει. RSS feeds, search bar, themes.
Τέλος, όταν ο firefox crashαρει, δεν παίρνει μαζί του Το Γαμημένο Λειτουργικό σύστημα
