1. Invite more members
2. Make a prive forum and distribute access to it
3. Decide on who is going to lead this (Gouzgounis I suppose) and how are decision going to be taken. I propose one person to be in charge of Guild matters [internal] and is a lot of time online on the forums such as Gouz, and another to be in charge of Foreign policy - Alliances (someone who is in-game a lot of time and has a grasp of how things are ingame). Later we can have a Raid Leader role (for PvE and PvP) and Class Leader (if end game raiding requires such positions).
4. Move TS server address on the private forum and change the password again so only approved mazas have access to it.
5. Make a KOS list post
6. Find a nemesis guild to add on our KOS List. T S A seem a good candidate
7. Make a guild MOTD ingame that says -Visit our forums at aoc.mazanet.gr- (Right now we have an 'OEOEOEO')

esc seem very good to me i always make party with them, they ar emostly from norway, very kind and nice persons. i would like to make an ally with them
there are two guils that usually gank me but i haven t write their names yes. i m going to do it soon and i will propose war as well:)
