I am posting this mainly for Ira because she is asking me where to go to level.. so here it is.
A level 80 PoM posted some information at the official forums about what he did to get to level 80 so quickly. He leveled while Purification of Mitra was still useful, which is probably why he did so much grinding. There are level ranges when quests are sparse. If you use the World Map, it also gives level information.
I reposted the guide here with spelling/grammatical corrections and a few additions from my experience.
1-20 Tortage
20-30 Old Tarantia, Conall’s Valley, Khemi, Khopshef’s Providence and Wild Lands. Questing mostly.
30-38 (or 40) Wild Lands. Questing, and some grinding at the end. Did Sanctum of the Burning Souls at some level between 35 and 38. (Khopshef’s Providence and the Pyramid are another option. Quests from the Wilds also send you to the Border Ranges.)
38-50 Field of the Dead. Questing a bit, but three levels of solid grinding in the forest from 47 to 50. (Old Tarantia’s Noble District is another option.)
50-60 Eiglophian Mts. Some questing, but mostly grinding at the cannibal cave or the camps on the west side of the mountain.
60-65 Thunder River. Grinding. Very little questing, maybe a level’s worth. Either south of the zone in point or the Picts to the east. Remember: the binding guy is just by where you zone in over the river in front of a big rock.
65-73 Atzel’s Approach. Some questing but mostly grinding. Wanted posters. Don’t kill the wagon. To get to the east side, go north along the frozen river, loop west through the camp with the ice demon, go up the ice stairs and through the warden camp to the bridge and cross there. Or go up the mountain to the right of the entrance of the zone, you can climb it here, just beware of snakes. hard hitting, high level snakes. Don’t try the boss, you will die.
73-80 Keshatta. GOOD LUCK. This zone is total chaos. I grinded 99% of it. I suggest saving all of the quests for level 79, then turning all of them in to get 1/2 of the level in one chunk so the final level is easier.
