All I'm going to say is that me and my friends were slightly obsessed with the show for a long time. The story and characters were very engaging and kept you hooked episode after episode. The writers always brought in new situations, social, political and otherwise into the mix of characters. TV is supposed to be entertaining, and this show does/did just that. As a 23 Year old gay man, i could care less if it gives the "community" a bad rap. So what if it seems some of the characters are all stereotypes. People CAN be stereotypes. I loved the fact that it was cool to see a show with actual gay and lesbian characters in real situations on TV. Characters with "real" problems and the consequences of them. It is a shame that the series is over, but perhaps one day, another great one will take its place.
